One of the things that sets our classes apart is our focus on quality over quantity. Our studio Pilates classes are capped at a maximum of four participants. This means you’ll receive personalised attention from our expert instructors, who will carefully and carefully guide you through each exercise. This individualised approach is crucial for maximising results and minimising the risk of injury.

We offer a variety of Pilates classes to suit your needs and preferences. If you’re looking for a dynamic and challenging workout, our reformer Pilates classes are an excellent choice. Using a specialised machine to provide resistance and support, reformer Pilates allows for a wide range of exercises that target different muscle groups.

We also offer mat Pilates classes for those who prefer a more traditional approach. These classes use body weight and small equipment to build core strength, improve stability, and increase flexibility. No matter which type of class you choose, you can be confident that you’re receiving expert instruction in a supportive and encouraging environment.

Choose between Virtual or Face to face classes.

Our classes are small (max 4) and intimate so you will get the attention to perfect your form and really feel the burn in our Mat pilates.

Concrete Origami or stretch therapy will have you touching your toes for the first time in years by the end of the first class.
